Proofing All of the work performed in our composition department is put through an exacting checking process in our proof department. At each stage of the process (such as sample pages, first-pass pages, or revised pages), our highly experienced proofreaders check that the pages exactly match the specifications, that the customer's style preferences are met, and that all corrections marked at the previous stage have been implemented. They also check to be sure that work performed in the graphics department has been correctly integrated into the pages.
Precise client information is maintained and continually updated, and checklists are used to ensure that each checking process has been handled properly.
