Our representatives monitor the projects as they proceed through the various stages, handling issues such as scheduling, queries, castoffs, corrections and updates.

All of our customer service staff members have specific training in book specifications and typesetting style sheets, and have the expertise required to ensure that their clients projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
